Jenny Hewett

Jenny Hewett is an Australian-born freelance travel journalist whose most prized souvenir is her muddled accent from chapters of a nomadic life lived in Canberra, Seoul, Kuala Lumpur, Sydney, Dubai, Jakarta and Bali. Don’t ask her where home is if you want a straight answer. Her stories have been published in titles such as Escape, Travel + Leisure Southeast Asia, Traveller, Qantas Mag, Condé Nast Traveller, Time Out Dubai and Forbes Travel Guide. She prefers Bloody Marys to coffee and tiny cabins to hotels. Whether it’s road-tripping in Tibet, seeing the ruins of Petra by night, skiing solo in Hokkaido or observing an anti-poaching unit tag rhinos in South Africa, her heart is most full in nature.
